Website redesign and development for TheKollection.com, a music, culture, and lifestyle brand with a focus on editorial content, curated playlists, and events. The Kollection has been around since 2010, started by a group of friends at UCSB who came together around a shared passion for music and the music industry. With years of content already published, the website redesign and brand refresh needed to ensure that all the content would remain intact while setting the stage for the brand’s new approach to its editorial function. Organization and the ability to search and sift through all that accrued content was a major component of the new design. While this project is still ongoing, the new site also has e-commerce primed and ready for future merchandise drops.
